(We always offer a cooked breakfast of eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans. However, if you would like specialist vegetarian products please just let us know in advance. Meanwhile we are looking at our continental breakfast menu, and hope to expand it by December.)

The suggestions and comments we have from our guests play an important part in the changes and improvements we make. Here are some recent examples:
We have upgraded the soaps and toiletries that we use. The new range is gentle on the skin, lovely to use, and smells wonderful. It is also kind to the environment, as we no longer throw away all the half used individual sachets.
We have designed a new room type to offer a wider choice. These rooms are bright, contemporary, and very chic.

Basic room makeover
Our basic rooms have no private bathroom, only a hand basin, with a shared bathroom on the landing. As tastes have changed we are reducing the number of basic rooms we have. The few that will remain will be completely re-decorated and newly furnished. This work starts on 18th October 2010. There will be a couple of days when the work will create some noise. We always make sure that anything noisy happens after checkout time and before guests return in the evening. If you are likely to use your room during the middle of the day, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking, so that we can choose a room for you that is well away from any disturbance.
More hooks!
We have had lots of guests ask for more places to hang towels and clothes when using the shower rooms. We are fixing extra towel rails and hooks, so all rooms will have plenty of hanging space in future.
