Georgian House London Apartments
Georgian House Apartments are located in the heart of Pimlico, near to Victoria Railway Station, in the centre of London.
There are two beautiful apartments, each with a bedroom, sitting room, shower room and kitchen. They have double or twin beds, and a double sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 people. The apartments are in a grade two listed house built in 1851, situated in a quiet residential street and they have many original features such as stained glass windows and fire places.
Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine. There are also ironing facilities. The apartments have digital television, DVD, and digibox. Both apartments have shower rooms with bath. The apartments are situated on the ground and first floors, so please request the ground floor if you are not able to manage stairs. Also, please note that the shower and toilet for the first floor apartment is accessed via the common areas - however it is for sole use of the apartment occupants.

London Apartment 1
Apartment 1 is situated on the ground floor. The bedroom is at the front of the building and has the original fireplace. There are zip and link beds which means that you can choose to have them as two twin beds or one large double bed. The sitting room has a small double sofa bed and leads onto the kitchen. The kitchen has one wall of original coloured glazing, giving a very open and airy feel to the apartment. There is a breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen. The apartment has a shower room with toilet, wash basin and shower.
London Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is situated on the first floor. It has a beautiful spacious sitting room with two French windows leading onto a sunny balcony. There is a dining table, 2 small double sofa beds, and a very pretty fireplace. In order to keep the lovely proportions of the original rooms the layout of the apartment is rather unconventional. There is a double bedroom leading off the sitting room, and you have to walk through the bedroom to reach the kitchen. The kitchen is very attractive with one entire wall of original coloured glazing. The shower room for the apartment is reached via the common areas of the building, although it is strictly for the private use of the apartment occupants. The apartment is so lovely we think that it is well worth the slightly inconvenient layout.

Prices for the apartments are per night, according to the number of guests:
1 person £99.00 per night including VAT
2 people £129.00 per night including VAT
3 people £139.00 per night including VAT
4 people £149.00 per night including VAT
There is 10% discount for stays of 7 days and over. Long stay rates are available on request. Minimum stay 2 days.
The first week is to be paid in advance as a deposit. The balance for the stay is due on collection of the keys. For stays of 1 week or less, the total is due at the point of booking. The deposit is refundable on bookings cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cash ( sterling or euros), credit card, debit card and cheque or traveller's cheque in sterling. At check in you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card as guarantee against loss or damage.
