London Arena
The Georgian House Hotel is a great place to stay if you are planning to visit London Arena. This famous venue is based in Docklands and is easy to reach by underground.
London Arena is proud to be located at the Heart of London Docklands - Europe's fastest growing business district.
London Arena is now firmly established as one of the most modern and exciting venues in the country. Following the £ multi-million refurbishment in 1998 London Arena now provides some of the most prestigious and highly-flexible facilities in the country. With 9000m2 of pillar-free space the venue is ideal for hosting virtually any event - from exhibitions and trade shows, conferences and conventions, through to banquets and award ceremonies.
London Arena offers exhibition organisers a unique venue for the staging of both trade and public exhibitions. Superb floorspace and high ceilings provide a bright environment, giving the organiser the freedom to create the ultimate event. The organisers pride themselves on being a user-friendly venue and this extends to their policy of no tied exhibition contractors (shell-scheme, electrical, carpeting etc) and, for their annual exhibition organisers, an agreement not to accept competitive events.
Whether it be a corporate banquet, a major international press launch or the Brit Awards, you will find London Arena a prestigious venue with unrivalled facilities and technical support. The Arena is London's most modern banqueting hall accommodating up to 5,000 guests. Their talented chefs have the experience and flair to design tailor-made menus to meet the requirements of any event. With high-quality cuisine, competitive packages and excellent on-site management you can rely on our caterers to make your event a successful and memorable occasion. Whatever the nature of your event, London Arena is dedicated to providing the perfect ambience and the complete range of services to meet your needs.
Located in the heart of Docklands, London Arena is at the apex of the Capital's transport infrastructure with excellent road, rail and air links. Access for delegates and visitors from the UK or overseas couldn't be easier. By Underground The Jubilee Line extension provides rapid access to and from London Bridge, Waterloo and the West End. London Arena is within easy walking distance of the new Jubilee Line Station at Canary Wharf, or you can catch the DLR connection from Canary Wharf or Heron Quays. The Jubilee Line links the London Arena with the whole of the London Underground Network and reduces journey times to the West End to less than 20 minutes.
Docklands Light Railway The Docklands Light Railway is by far the easiest and most economical way of coming to events at London Arena - especially as we have our own station, Crossharbour & London Arena, directly adjacent to the main entrance. The DLR operates 7 days a week and often runs additional services on event days. The DLR and Jubilee Lines travel through London transport Zones 1,2,3 & 4. All tickets, Travelcards and Rail Passes, issued by Docklands Light Railway, London Transport, London Underground and the Railway Operators (formerly British Rail) can be used to get to the London Arena provided that they are valid for the day of travel and cover the correct zone(s).
