Customer Services and Travel Shop
With this service we seek to look after
all your requirements for your trip. We will take the headache
out of travelling, all you need to do is plan your ideal holiday
and we can make it happen. If what you need is not listed
below please ask, we will do all we can to help you.
- Give us your flight details and we can
arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport. We can
also book the hotel link bus service for you if you prefer.
Just let us know if you would like us to arrange your transport
back to the airport at the end of your trip.
- If you are planning to rent a car, we
can make arrangements for your booking, including convenient
pick up and drop off.
- Perhaps you are coming to London to
celebrate something special? We can book a wonderful
restaurant or function room for you, or get theatre
tickets for the show you're longing to see. We can also
reserve city sight seeing tours and attractions like the
London Eye.
- London may be just a part of your trip
to the UK. If so you may like us to reserve onward accommodation
for you, or book some sightseeing tours to other parts of
the country. We can even book tours if you want to explore
more of Europe with a quick trip to Paris or Rome.
- For those planning an extended trip
to Europe, or simply some serious shopping you may be interested
in our luggage storage or shipping services.
- Will you miss the birthday of a friend
or family member while you're on your trip? We can even
arrange to send a bouquet of flowers back home. If this
is your first trip to London you may like some suggestions
and help in planning your visit. Our staff live and work
in London and have experience and training to make sure
you get the most from your break.
