The basic rooms are on the fourth floor. The rooms here are very sweet. They have telephone, television, safes, tea and coffee facilities and are offered at good value prices. They also have hand wash basin. However, they do not have private bathroom. There are shared bathrooms and shower rooms on the landing.

Beds: this category of room is available as a single: with 1 single bed (3ft x 6ft 3in 90 x 190cm) a twin: with 2 single beds (3ft x 6ft 3in 90 x 190cm) or a double: with 1 double bed (4ft 6in x 6ft 3in 135 x 190cm) or a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds (3ft x 6ft 3in 90 x 190cm, 4ft 6in x 6ft 3in 135 x 190cm)
Bathrooms: there is a WC with bath and wash basin on the 4th floor, and a WC with shower and wash basin on the 3rd floor. These bathroom facilities are shared by 8 bedrooms.
Occupancy: If the number of guests travelling exceeds the maximum occupancy stated, please book more than one room, or contact the hotel for assistance.
Internet: 24 hour wireless broadband connection available for free in reception. If you are travelling without a PC then they are available to use at reception for a small fee.
Breakfast: complimentary full English breakfast served in the dining room between 7.30am and 10am ( 8.00am – 10.30am on Sundays)
